Applicability of this Refund, Cancellation, Return Policy
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online. If you purchased your item at a store, from a distributor, or any other source other than this website, please understand that each store, distributor, or other source has its own return policy.
Therefore, we’re sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made at a store, from a distributor, or any other source other than this website, may not be returned or exchanged by us through this website.
Ownership of Purchases
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Return Policy
As part of our commitment to provide you with complete satisfaction, we stand behind all of our products with a no-hassle fourteen (14) day return policy. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials, free accessories, included with the shipment. To qualify you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.
Notify of us of your return via e-mail at csr@camofxnation.com or via phone by calling us at 888-226-6241, Monday through Friday, 09:30AM to 05:30PM Easter Standard TIme.
If the return is a result of our error (e.g. damage, defective, wrong product), the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges (if there is any) will be refunded.
To ensure prompt service, please include a copy of your invoice with your return. Also please use a “trackable” and or “insured” shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage or wrong-product delivery occurred to the shipment of your order, please contact us immediately at 888-226-6241 or via email at csr@camofxnation.com
Refund Policy
Upon arrival at GAME FACE, INC, all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges (if there is any) if your return is a result of our error.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within fourteen (14) days of delivery, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within fourteen (14) days of our notification.
Refunds that do not meet the following criteria will not qualify for a refund:
- the item has been opened or shows signs of use.
- returns not qualified by beforehand notification via email or via phone call.
- returns more than fourteen (14) days after delivery.
- partial return of items included in a bonus kit order.
Refund will be issued within thirty (30) days after your return has been received. This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
Cancellation Policy
All orders that are cancelled prior to shipment will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.
If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within fourteen (14) working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions.
Orders with Coupons or Bonus Saving Tickets
If you used a coupon or bonus saving on your order, you will be credited for the entire order minus the coupon amount. Please note that coupons are treated as discounts and will not be recreated or reissued.
For orders with multiple items where only some items are cancelled, your order total will be recalculated to determine if the coupon still applies. For example, some coupons or bonus saving tickets require a minimum purchase amount or are coupons for specific products only. If your coupon does not apply, or your new order total is greater than the original total, a message will appear stating that your order cannot be cancelled. |
